Nice hotel very well located in a beautiful place. Our bedroom was big and comfortable, the view was nice, the crew were professional and kind. Arrival and Check in 3/5 On arrival we were not really helped with our luggage. The lady didn’t recognise our diamond status. After I reminded her that I would like the free breakfast. When we asked reception for advice on restaurants shopping etc they not been very helpful to be honest Rooms 5/5 The room are spacious very clean with a wonderful balcony. The sleep quality was exceptional. The only thing was the shower temperature did not remain steady throughout your shower. The housekeeping is good. It is great at last a hotel with USB B & C plugs by the bed. Thank you!! Breakfast 5/5 On arrival the first morning at breakfast it was clear reception had messed up with advising the restaurant breakfast was included. To the rescue came Vanessa. We left it with her she resolved the issue. No drama No fuss. The breakfast is fantastic. I have to say the breakfast team are a credit to this hotel. They helped us also with our questions on the local area where to get best pasteles etc. Dinner and Bar 5/5 The superb team at breakfast continues into night. The bar team of both Pedros made us fantastic express mi martinis. The whole team is super friendly. The buffet was adequate. When they run out of tonic water and Grey Goose the F&B Manager I think called Diego changed a negative situation into a positive one. For me is a Sign of great customer experience. A little treat awaited us on return to room. This nice touches show the staff listen to the clients. Spa and Pool 5/5 We only used the Internal Pool. The lane dividiers in the pool were dirty. They are not needed and should be removed. The cleanliness around pool was top notch Overall this is the best Crowne plaza I have ever stayed in. The staff at the restaurant are level I would expect at intercontinental. I would definetly come back. Bit more of customer service training and this hotel would be exceptional.

We got a private room there cause we wanted our own space. Looked decent in the photos. When we arrived the room was quite dirty. Dirt on the walls, toothpaste around the sink and the towels we got had brown stains in it. We did not experience the privateness of our room because the bedroom door has a 2cm gap underneath it so all the stamps on the wooden floor and all the people coming and going (which was alot) along with the maintenace room next door felt like they were in our room. Alot of other smaller things like malfunction noises in the ventilation and very poor quality in the bed. “Breakfast included” was white bread, jam and coffee. BIGGEST PROBLEM is that the bathroom has alot of black mold in it. For example all around the shower and the shower glass and around the sink. After two nights we contacted the staff and told them about all these things listed above and we wanted to move out of that room and go somewhere else. So they told us that I had to send an email which would be forwarded to their supervisor, which I did. I checked upon them multiple times with calls, emails and direct conversation. Their supervisor, who was not there, would contact me which he never did. I am well aware this is not a 5 star accomodation but this is not ok in any accomodation that you pay for. I’ve been all around the world staying in allkinds of accomodations but this was my worst experience. Not only because of the room situation but because of the staffmembers who didnt even try to make things better by for example clean the room, offer us new towels offer us new bedroom. We paid 156€/night there. When the client points out things that are poor and could easily be fixed, just fix it and at least try to make them happy. WOT Lisbon Patio … Do better !

Central hotel recently renovated, the ocean view from the room : )~ Friendly and welcome staff with good local knowledge. The breakfast is really good well prepared and complete The common area is perfect to work and enjoy.

Dans l'ensemble très bien !! L'accueil parfait 👍 juste par contre la salle de bain à contrôler ! Et le sol de la douche ça glisse beaucoup. L' emplacement est bien, si vous restez dans les alentours de belém. Les bus sont tout proche ça cest le top. En tout cas nous avons passées un bon petit séjour. Merci beaucoup

I had a pleasant stay at B&B Hotel Lisboa Aeroporto. Its proximity to the airport was convenient; I reached in just 10 mins for my early morning flight. The staff was courteous, and check-in was a breeze. The 24/7 free drinks and well-designed eating area were great perks. While the room was decent, it wasn't the best, but still acceptable for a comfortable stay. Overall, a good choice for airport convenience and friendly service.

Hotel location is very good, very close to Sintra train station ~ convenient connection to Sintra! The front desk staff was also very enthusiastic, giving us a detailed explanation of the local gameplay ~ there is a small balcony next to the restaurant!
