Une désagréable odeur est persistante dès l'ouverture de la porte d'entrée, odeur de moisissure, renfermé. Cela continu dans 2 des 4 chambres réservées, très forte odeur de remonté d'égout au niveau du lavabo/douche, et absence de paroi de douche pour une des 4 chambres. Dommage, l'endroit est facile d'accès, les équipements pour la cuisine commune semblent bon et performant. GROS effort à faire au niveau de l'odeur !!! An unpleasant smell persists as soon as the front door is opened, a musty, mouldy odour. This continues in 2 of the 4 rooms booked, with a very strong smell of rising sewage in the washbasin/shower area, and the absence of a shower screen in one of the 4 rooms. Too bad, the place is easy to get to, the shared kitchen facilities seem good and efficient. BIG effort to be made in terms of odor !!! Ein unangenehmer Geruch hält sich hartnäckig, sobald man die Eingangstür öffnet, Schimmelgeruch, muffig. Dies setzt sich in 2 der 4 gebuchten Zimmer fort, sehr starker Geruch nach Abwasser im Bereich des Waschbeckens/Dusche und keine Duschwand für eines der 4 Zimmer. Schade, der Ort ist leicht zu erreichen, die Ausstattung der Gemeinschaftsküche scheint gut und leistungsfähig zu sein. GROSSE Anstrengungen müssen unternommen werden, um den Geruch zu reduzieren!

Alles tipptopp sauber und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist perfekt! Herr Reichert war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Der Checkin Prozess lief reibungslos. Danke und gerne wieder beim nächsten Besuch in Lage!
