I had a lovely stay here, the staff were so helpful and friendly. They did not speak English but were able to put me in touch with the owner who did. They gave me a great restaurant recommendation and were able to tell me where to hike. The room was clean but the facilities were a little basic - the shower was a little old and the room did smell a little damp. The location was excellent, a bit closer to the quieter side of the village very close to a lovely coffee shop. There was no breakfast provided but I did go during covid times when they didn't have all the facilities available. This was the same for the village itself as many places were shut and the daily show was not on. All in all a great budget stay!

The location is great, in the middle of the village. The hotel has a special battery car to pick up next to the village, which is a must-like. The hotel contacted us in advance on the day of check-in to tell us where to get off the highway, and sent us the activity schedule and tourist free ticket policy during the Spring Festival. This hotel should be a relatively high-end and large hotel in the Dong village. The fire station is right next to it, and it feels very safe. The hygiene and service are very good, and it is worth the money. I recommend everyone to stay.

The location is excellent, on the riverside of the street behind the main street, opposite the performance venue, it is convenient to go anywhere. The entire outer layer is a wooden structure, and the wooden bricks used for the floor of the room are very good to avoid the problem of poor sound insulation brought by the all-wood room. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are complete. I have to say that the heating of the air conditioner is particularly powerful. In the case of the outdoor temperature of 0°, it is enough to wear a thin coat indoors, and fall asleep with the sound of the stream~ The boss's service attitude is warm and thoughtful, providing a lot of useful information and food suggestions, and also upgraded my room type, tasted authentic food here, felt the local leap year, and will choose this next time.

The proprietress is great, she is a hearty and kind person, and she is very happy. The location of the store is good, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the room is very special, the panoramic skylight, the large glass window, overlooking the entire street view. Unfortunately, the sound insulation was almost a little bit, and the child next door was noisy until two in the morning and didn't fall asleep.

What a wonderful stay in Zhaoxing Dong Village. Although not the cheapest in town it was worth it! We were efficiently picked up and dropped off by our hosts from the nearest train station. Also we were well fed three meals a day and even provided snacks and drinks throughout our stay when needed. Our room was upgraded to one with a view and bathtub on the balcony. Very comfortable and chic. What was special was the personalised and warm interaction with all the staff at the hotel ☺️☺️

You don’t need to walk far. If you take the shuttle bus, you can tell the driver to take you to the intersection and walk 50 meters to get there. The two front desk staff are super nice. Seeing that I am bringing my parents, they upgraded me to a larger room. There are rattan chairs on the balcony, which are very comfortable to sit on. The little brother helped me move the luggage and introduced the whole village tour guide. It rained when I left, and the little sister lent us an umbrella to take us to the bus stop. I booked a mountain view room, which is very cost-effective. The view room will be more expensive. The little brother took us in for a tour. The balcony scenery is really great and can overlook the entire village. It is even more beautiful at night. I quickly took the camera to take pictures and record what is in front of me. The room is cleaned very cleanly. The lobby on the first floor is for tea sets. It is also very pleasant to make tea, read books and watch the scenery here. Recommended!

He just happened to catch up with the Lusheng Festival and treated us to a super delicious barbecue beer. Sitting there from dusk to sunset, watching the lights light up everywhere in the village, it was very comfortable. ps: The boss’ little dog Xia Tian is so well-behaved! He has big white eyes and a wagging little tail. He even follows us out for a walk. I love him so much~ I didn’t go to Qianhu Miao Village, but got a special surprise in Zhaoxing Dong Village. I escaped from the urban planning and experienced the fireworks of Dong Village ~ it was worth it!

The high-speed rail station shuttle bus took us to Zhaikou at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. The boss arranged a battery car to pick up the hotel, which was full of VIP feeling. The rooms are clean and tidy, with local decoration features. The boss saw that my child was older and he upgraded to a 3-bed room. He needs a big thumbs up. The homestay is on the street and the transportation is convenient. The next day to go to Tang'an terraces, the shuttle bus will be only a few tens of meters away. There is also the Drum Tower next to it. It is very convenient to go out and watch the bridge and the flowing water. The most pleasant surprise is that there is a Dong performance at the Drum Tower at night. The owner is very easy-going and very happy to experience a homestay, looking forward to staying here next time.
