Perhaps the best of the Vienna chain (so far): spacious rooms, very clean, nice breakfast, helpful service. It's a bit far from the city center, and there're very few shops/restaurants around. Plenty of parking places.

酒店服務非常好，剛進酒店大廳前台007小姐姐老遠就有問好聲了，關鍵是還有輕音樂，讓人感到身心愉悦，辦理好入住還有小禮品，是意外之外的喜悦，走到房間，衞生很乾凈，房間空調給力，電視自動打開，洗澡水也不錯，早餐品種也多好吃，是長期出差遇到目前最好的一家酒店。值得推薦。

酒店的工作人員態度非常好，讓我的行程減少了很多的不必要的麻煩。018、007、012三位工作人員表示感謝，在我離店後幫我郵寄了遺漏物品。
酒店的環境和衞生我比較滿意，我有點輕微的潔癖，這裏我很安心。
圖片是我到店拍的，調整了光線，但整體就是這樣的。也是到店的環境會比我的預期高，所以到了就先拍照。

環境一如既往的好，因為提前結束上一段旅行，酒店幫我們提前辦理了入住，可以早一點休息，意外的是免費升級了房型。前台小哥工作編號105服務非常專業，早餐我們起晚了，餐枱大叔很熱情的幫我們煮了粉，並很貼心的詢問味道如何，是否需要添加調料～總的來説來到黎平真的達到了放鬆身心的目的，並且感受到了黎平人民的樸實，以後有機會還會來的🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺

房間很乾凈，設施都很好，有兩張床，周邊環境也非常好，很安靜，適合旅遊休息和商業出差的友友們，樓下旁邊鵝香樓的鵝肉很好吃，以後朋友家人來黎平都推薦中醫院下來這個維也納酒店了，工號009的前台態度很好，很熱情。

很難想象這是錦江旗下維也納酒店的早餐狀況空無一物雜亂無章，近300一晚的房間攜帶的早餐難怪該酒店可以熱情的免費贈送早餐券，住該酒店還需要自己點外賣買早餐吃。該酒店早餐營業時間7:30—9:30，八點半來餐廳就已經是這樣了其實我想説如果該酒店開不起早餐廳就不要開放，既然開放就把早餐搞好，也別找什麼藉口説什麼來晚了怎麼的，來晚怎麼了在你規定營業時間來吃早餐有什麼問題嗎，或者你搞不起那就把營業時間更改7:30—8:30用餐，維也納早餐之前別的店我去過一次也是如此沒想到別的店也同樣是這種，餐品不會及時補！還大義凜然説沒有早餐券需要收費30一位，就這個現狀你倒貼我錢我都不會去吃還收費窮瘋了吧，其實我衷心希望該酒店把早餐給撤掉別搞早餐了真的，特別拉低維也納的一個品牌印象，真的！就好比一個人穿的**** 實際上衹會偷雞摸狗 如果房間價位一百多，早餐臟亂差我都不計較因為什麼價位什麼服務，***近300價一晚房間早餐是這種，你就是故意找罵知道吧
