First and foremost, this was a spontaneous but perfectly executed trip. We arrived just after the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, so we had low expectations for the accommodations. However, everything exceeded our expectations. We booked a room on the high-speed train to Zhaoxing. The owner, after checking in with our arrival time, met us at the exit and provided us with instructions throughout the entire journey. Upon arrival, the room's amenities, layout, spaciousness, and the view from the window were all breathtaking. Each window was like a different scroll, showcasing rice paddies, distant mountains, wooden houses, and a drum tower. Mornings were filled with the chirping of cicadas, the twittering of birds, and the rustling of rice seedlings in the wind. Sunlight gradually filtered through layers of mist on the mountaintops. In the evening, I watched from the terrace as the sky gradually dimmed. Smoke curled slowly from the green tiles and red bricks, reflecting the afterglow of the sunset. As night fell, the village lights gradually lit up, like a spectacular fireworks display unfolding all night long. We arrived just in time for bayberry season, and upon check-out, the owner presented me with a basket full of freshly picked bayberries. They were incredibly sweet, just as sweet as the entire trip itself.

The accommodation in Zhaoxing Dong Village is really expensive. During the National Day holiday, the room rate was over 600 yuan for a small space on the 5th floor attic with no elevator. However, the view from the window was ok, and there was free pick-up and drop-off at the station.

The location of the inn is very good. It is a distance away from the main street, so you won't be disturbed by the music on the main street at night. It is also close to the station for Tang'an Terraces. The inn owner will pick us up by high-speed rail and also show us places in the village where good photos are taken. There is a beautiful viewing platform on the fourth floor. The experience is very good and recommended.

I stayed in the Dong Village for one night. Although the room was small, it was very comfortable and clean. You could tell it was carefully cleaned. It's not on the main street, so it wasn't noisy at all. It was very cozy. The view from the balcony was great. The owner and his family were very nice. It felt like visiting distant relatives. The owner drove us back and forth to the high-speed rail station. The owner's son is actually a photographer. It's quite comprehensive. If you want to take photos of ethnic characteristics, you can consider it.

The room was very nice, with a fantastic view. We arrived late that day, and the owner drove to the village entrance to pick us up. This time, I was traveling alone with my child, and even when I left the village midway, the owner's wife drove me to the bus stop. It was a fantastic experience! My child said it was a must-give five-star review.
