晚上7：30左右到店，到店時停車場衹停了幾輛車，進店後向前台服務生説：新年好！但當值人員一點表情都沒回我，我就把身份證交她説已訂兩間房間，跟她説要住高點中間位置，她把房卡交我是7樓的701房，我問她是否是樓層的第一間房，她説是，安排兩間都是第一間，我就要求她幫我再安排其他的房，我不習慣住第一或最後一間房，她就不滿的説已經沒有其他房了，我説那麼多房都安排不了兩間房嗎，她説其他客人也訂了房，比我早訂，我告訴她我是年前1月18號訂的房都不算早嗎？有那位比我早的，她就換了説法説是客人已經拿房卡，我説外面的車沒幾輛那來那麼多的客人能拿房卡，接着她説是客人打電話來確認了那個房間😂天啊！能有這説法嗎？早早訂房早早到店卻安排了最不好的房間，我還相信你們公司屬下的店嗎，前一晚才在你們公司鎮遠古城的店住呢，人家店的服務跟你們比差遠呢，貴店需要加強員工素質和服務培訓！！！這點小事僵持了十幾分鍾最後有另一位前台員過來才幫我安排3樓的兩個房間，還需要收取100元的按金，我問她為什麼要按金，房間一般沒其他物品是什麼按金，她説是房卡按金，近十年多來已經沒有按金這一説法了，連五星級酒店都不需要了，她就説她們店一定要按金…無語！經常到處跑的我第一次遇到這樣的“星級”服務，也是最不愉快的一次入住
兩個房間其中一個28的房門開和關都吱吱響，而且浴室在洗澡時地流被頭髮之類給堵死出不了水，剛開水沒多久水就溢出門口，又披上毛巾拿衣架把下水口拉出水才慢慢流走…房務清潔不到家！
房間的隔音太差了，整晚都聽着隔壁阿姨她們在説話，一直説一直説，到後來看看手機已經是凌晨4點了，她們不睡我還要睡呢…真抑鬱！
這樣的酒店能有第二次選擇嗎沒心思拍照衹附問題照片

各方面都很不錯，停車方便，房間大廳，公共衞生都很乾凈衞生，小孩腿上有個蚊子包留了點血跡到床單上了也沒讓賠錢，説明這都是每天清洗的，離開時洗髮水忘了沒帶還給打電話，服務很用心

非常喜歡。酒店前台的小姐姐們服務態度超好的。餐廳的服務員也很熱情，早餐味道也不錯哦！喜歡房間裏乾濕分離（洗手池、便池、淋浴全分開的），而且秒出熱水，超過五星級酒店水平。床墊也很舒服，軟硬適中，適合中國人睡，還配有乳膠枕。發票也是可立開得，很棒。老闆們都説物超所值，對此非常滿意。

房間窗外是一條帶風雨橋的河流，窗簾卡住了，客服來關上了。前台服務很好。酒店新舊程度不像是2023年開業的。服務員很熱情。有洗衣機烘乾機和晾曬陽台。早餐的涼拌菜很好吃。離黎平會議會址700米？黎平會議會址就在翹街旁邊。從會址出來穿到翹街上了。黎平的阿婆真勤勞，都把小菜擔到街邊賣。

國慶去貴州，到凌晨有點困，又大雨，臨時決定下高速休息。大雨後酒店充電樁那積水很深，保安在旁指揮沒提醒，一腳下去，鞋濕了。早餐很差，是我住酒店見過最簡單的。煮粉那沒有澆頭，第一次見。哈蜜瓜切得很小塊，一指半寬，也是第一次見到這麼小塊的哈蜜瓜。夾都不好夾，而且量少，不及時補😂反正種類少，如果有孩子要補早餐錢，還不如外面吃，非常不值。

貴州自駕途經，臨時訂的。到店後發現前台訂的價格比平台便宜。
搜過位於翹街附近，所以沒要酒店的早餐。步行至翹街約十分鐘。
房間空間大，整潔衞生，小縣城晚上很安靜，住得舒適。
門口有很大一個停車場

酒店停車場很大，有地上，也有地下的。來黎平主要是看翹街的，因為紅軍長征時開的黎平會議會址就在翹街。翹街的黎平會議紀念館有個停車場，可以停十幾輛車，注意下午5點後就不開放了。還可以停翹街南邊的翹都商業廣場地下停車場，不過出來上坡比較考驗車技，一開始下去的時候，看到好幾輛車出來上坡時打滑還嘲笑他們，等到自己出來時才發現確實有難度，還好我出來的比較晚，沒有進來的車，可以借進來的車道上去。不要去地圖導航的古城牆停車場，那裡很難找到翹街，因為不管百度還是高德地圖都把翹街的位置定位錯了。翹街是南北走向的，地圖裡感覺是東西走向的，我們找了好久都沒找到，還以為被騙了。最後停在翹都商業廣場準備去吃飯，才發現翹街的南頭就在這裏。翹街中間低，兩頭高，所以叫翹街，黎平會議會址紀念館出口就是翹街的中間。
