酒店的位置不錯，周圍的設施很方便，吃飯也方便。對面就是一個公園，可以散步。衞生條件也很好，設施不錯，值得推薦

Очень грязные номера, страшно касаться постельных принадлежностей, одеяло в волосах, халаты в пятнах. Пол в номере 602 имеет дыру. Стойкий канализационных запах во всем учреждение. На просьбу предоставить правила заселения в гостиницу получили грубый отказ от женщины за стойкой «администрации», чеков принятой оплаты не предоставлено. Ни формы на женщине не было. Ни корректного диалога. Гостиница с названием города одно из самых неблагодарных мест города Липецк.

Уютный номер на двоих. Есть всё необходимое,косметика,халаты,тапочки. В номере чайник ,чай,кофе,сахар. Имеется кондиционер,мини бар,телевизор. Из минусов: нет прикроватный тумбочек,например телефон на зарядку можно положить только на чайный столик. Электро розеток всего две,находятся в углу возле окна,для одного человека хорошо,для двоих плохо,т. к. второму человеку нет возможности дотянутся до телефона.Неудобные подушки,какие-то квадратные спать на них не очень удобно. Плохо закрывается дверь в туалет. Вообщем на пару дней хороший номер. Расположение гостиницы в историческом центре,все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности . Чисто,уютно. Завтрак включен,если при заселении попросите об этом на ресепшене. Шведский стол не богатый,но позавтракать хватает. На 3 звёзды тянет.

Далеко не самый лучший отель в Липецке. Плюсы: в центре города, напротив парк - большой зелёный массив, чистые и отремонтированные номера. Минусы: 1. «Квёлые» администраторы на ресепшн: приветствия - ноль, разговор «через губу», гостиница полупустая, но заселяют почему-то на шумную сторону (с окнами на улицу Ленина), несмотря на то, что в заявке была указана просьба - поселение на тихую сторону. 2. Номера просто крошечные! В них душно, окно толком не открыть из-за какого-то дурацкого внешнего лицевого остекления здания; плюс очень шумно из-за улицы. 3. Завтраки очень плохие! В зале очень неуютно, душно и пахнет каким-то дымом от готовки, т.к. плохая вытяжка. Рекомендую сходить на завтрак в ресторанчик «Giusto», находится в шаговой доступности от гостиницы и работает с 8 утра. 4. С учётом вышесказанного, очень дорого! За всё это удовольствие мы заплатили 5500₽!
