Lo Nardo Accommodation

Centrally located up a side street close to the port the accommodation is spotlessly clean. Ilaria is the wonderful personable girl who maintains the rooms and is an absolute Delight. We had room 106 just below the terrace where we had chips , dips and drinks every afternoon during the week we stayed. The terrace has cooking facilities which are excellent, lacking only a microwave. We were alone in the sunshine up there every day, so it was like our own private area overlooking the port. Carmelo the owner can not be faulted. My only suggestion would be the provision of a sheet with emergency numbers and some local recommendations. We cannot praise this location highly enough. it was the best in every respect of our 4 weeks in Italy

Located in the very heart of town, wlaking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and the port. The terrasse overlooking the room was a treat. I felt well taken care of by Carmelo's availabilty and suggestions. Safe and clean.

I've been in Lipari for a weekend with my family, 4 adults and a kid and it was an Amazing experience! I contacted Lo Nardo accomodation in July and talked with Carmelo to organise all the steps of my holiday in the island. Carmelo is a great guy, welcomed us at the harbour once we arrived at first, gave us reccomandation for food and places to visit, he even arranged for us a day in a marvellous beach in Lipari. Long story short, Lo Nardo accomodation is higly reccomended if you're looking for a relaxing, exploring and food wise orientated holiday in Eolie Islands. Salvo

we really loved this place, especially after a couple of bad experiences at other hotels. comfortable beds, everything needed in the kitchen, good heating and wifi etc, and we never heard the neighbours so the walls aren't paper thin. there's also a nice rooftop terrace. Carmello and the staff were helpful and zero stress. close walk to the ferry, restaurants and supermarket. it was the perfect place for island life in winter and what we needed after a few days in catania

This is our third time booking and staying with Lo Nardo. It’s a family run business and English is spoken. We stayed in Lipari for 3 weeks, our apartment was perfect! Right in the centre of Lipari with a large terrace and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff are very accommodating and rooms are cleaned regularly. All the staff at Lo Nardo are very friendly especially Carmelo who always greeted you with a smile, was always very helpful and provided great recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We highly recommend Lo Nardo and we will definitely be staying at Lo Nardo again in the future.

Carmelo is an excellent host. From our first contact he provided service most places do not think to offer. He actually met us at the ferry boat in Lipari, and made sure we were comfortably settled. Lo Nardo is situated just off the main street, so it is convenient for site-seeing and restaurants, but still very quiet at night! The apartment easily accommodates 3 people, is clean, and modern. As well there is an beautiful terrace on the roof with a view over the city, and a coffee machine for the guests. Carmelo is in the office all day and accessible at night if you need him. Altogether. lo Nardo is certainly worth staying at and returning to for a short or long stay.
