Siamo stati in questo hotel durante una vacanza a Lipari; l'albergo è posizionato un po' fuori mano, anche se dispone di una buona vista. Camere abbastanza confortevoli di buon livello. Colazione soddisfacente. Non dispone di servizi accessori, prezzi medi

Hotel abbastanza recente,situato nella zona di Canneto,immerso nella tranquillità e nel verde.A circa 3km dal centro di Lipari raggiungibile facilmente con bus o motorini a noleggio.Pulizia impeccabile,letto estremamente comodo.A voler essere pignoli,colazione nella media...sicuramente migliorabile.

Struttura pet friendly ma per niente “friendly”. Per portare il proprio cane, nel nostro caso un cucciolo di 4 mesi, ci sono stati chiesti 50 euro extra, e fin qui purtroppo poco discutibile in quanto abbiamo notato che è prassi in diversi hotel. La cosa che ci ha lasciati veramente attoniti è stato l’atteggiamento del personale, il quale senza troppi problemi al nostro secondo giorno ci ha invitato a non portare il cane a colazione (area colazione all’aperto) in quanto qualcuno si era lamentato della sua presenza, oltre ad evidenziarci il fatto che la stessa persona si sarebbe lamentata di un cane che avrebbe abbaiato tutta la notte. Cosa assurda nel nostro caso, perché essendo appunto un cucciolo dorme ben 20 ore al giorno e non ha mai abbaiato durante la notte. Abbiamo vissuto 5 giorni di stress puro per l’ansia che il cane per gioco emettesse qualche rumore, il tutto accompagnato da espressioni di “terrore” del personale. Fatto presente il disagio vissuto al nostro ultimo giorno ci è stato risposto che dovevamo avere pazienza, in quanto la signora che si lamentava era cliente fissa indesiderata dalla struttura. Vi consiglierei un corso per imparare a gestire i clienti, mi sembra evidente che ci siano grossi problemi. Noi e i nostri amici non torneremo e non consiglieremo questa struttura.

Esperienza semplicemente perfette. Camera spaziosa, pulitissima, terrazzo e vista stupenda. Il personale è sempre gentile e pronto a dare ottimi consigli. La posizione dell'hotel è ideale per chi viaggia in famiglia: vicina al mare e ad ogni tipo di servizio, collegata al centro di Lipari mediante frequenti bus di linea e tranquilla la sera. Torneremo.

Hotel w bardzo dogodnym miejscu, bardzo spokojnym,blisko plaży. Punkt strategiczny na wszelkiego rodzaju wypady. Pesonel bardzo dyspozycyjny, począwszy od właściciela, po obsługę. atmosfera niczym rodzinna. Śniadania obfite, dobre. Czystość w pokoju na najwyżsxym poziomie. Polecam wszystkim.

magnifique hôtel avec de nombreux services les chambres sont d’une propreté impeccable, d’une décoration épurée tout à fait en accord avec le lieu notre chambre est dotée d’une vue sur le volcan Strombolli c’est magnifique ! Il y a également beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner Une navette est disponible et gratuite la matinée pour nous conduire en ville mais il existe aussi les transports en communs locaux tout à fait accessible Je recommande !

Struttura meravigliosa, staff disponibile e cortese in ogni momento. La camera 22 ha un terrazzo incredibilmente bello, quello che si vede all'alba da li vale da solo la vacanza. Volendo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, la colazione è migliorabile.

La struttura, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Canneto, è davvero molto bella e curata nei minimi dettagli. Offre una vista spettacolare sia dalla terrazza panoramica al 4 piano sia dalla terrazza intermedia dove è possibile gustarsi un bagno, in pieno relax, in una vasca idromassaggio. Colazione varia e abbondante. Personale gentile e super disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile. È stato tutto perfetto! Consigliatissimo 👍🏻
