Excellent friendly and efficient service from Rosangela. She organised transport from the ferry port to the hotel (and return) and supervised our early booking in. Rosangela personally organised our preferred 8 hr sightseeing tour around Stromboli - calling the company, agreeing competitive prices, printing out the tickets and showing us where to go to catch the boat. We had an apartment type room (including a kitchen) which was large and clean and had a balcony (no tea / coffee making facilities though and the shower door was a bit of a tight squeeze for me!). Excellent infinity pool with sunbeds & umbrellas and a hot tub! Good hotel location - 15 mins walk to town centre & port and 5 mins to a small pebbly beach. Breakfast was good with plenty of cakes & pastries but no hot products - just a toaster. Good Value for Money and Would stay again.

Stayed for 5 nights and there were some really good bits, the rooms are dated but I knew that when I booked and they are kept really clean with beds changed every day. Also the free shuttle to from the ferry way very welcome and the people in the hotel super friendly and helpful. The pool was covered and closed which was a shame and the breakfast is really really basic. The WiFi was also pretty useless, it didn’t work any of the time we were there, even if I sat in reception. I thought there may be a beach close by but it’s not really a beach, just access to the sea. Closest beach is a good hour away by bus and walk, but that was my fault, not the hotels. If I was to go back to Lipari, I think I’d stay somewhere else.

Abbiamo festeggiato l’addio al nubilato di una amica ed abbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo sorprendente! Gentilezza e simpatia cornici di un ambiente confortevole e familiare. La gentilezza di Tindara e Rosangela ci hanno accompagnato per tutto il week end. La piscina e l’idromassaggio ci hanno permesso di riposare…e siamo state coccolate e trattate da principesse. Andate a trovarli, ne varrà la pena!

Io e le mie amiche abbiamo alloggiato per qualche giorno a Baia Portinenti e abbiamo trascorso dei giorni indimenticabili. Siamo state accolte con simpatia e gentilezza dal sorriso di Tindara e Rosangela, che ci hanno fornito ogni indicazione utile per l'alloggio e per gli spostamenti sull'isola di Lipari. L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, a pochi minuti dal centro. Inoltre, sono presenti una piscina e una vasca idromassaggio, in cui è possibile rilassarsi e prendere un po' di sole tra un'escursione e l'altra. La camera ci è stata consegnata in ottime condizioni e igiene e pulizia sono state garantite ogni giorno. Tutto lo staff è cordiale, disponibile e desideroso di soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. Assolutamente consigliato!

Ottimo, che dire basterebbe questo. Centralissimo a 50 MT dall'unica spiaggia della città di Lipari. A 300 metri dalla bellissima piazzetta di Marina Corta da dove partono gli imbarchi per tutte le escursioni, inizio del bellissimo centro di Lipari. L'hotel è servito da una comodissima piscina e vasca idromassaggio esterni ad un bel solarium dove rilassarsi. Personale iper cortese. Hotel pulitissimo e trasfert all'arrivo e alla partenza. Cosa chiedere di più. Consigliatissimo

Struttura ideale per visitare Lipari, in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva sul corso principale. Camere pulitissime, accessoriate con tutto il necessario per cucinare. A inizio soggiorno ci è stata data una bottiglia d'acqua fresca (cosa non scontata). Lo staff è all'altezza delle 4 stelle, gentile e cordiale, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa mettendoci a nostro agio. Purtroppo, a causa della mancanza di disponibilità abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti e dunque ho dovuto prenotare un alloggio nelle vicinanze. In questa occasione lo staff si è mostrato disponibile ad accompagnarci, invitandoci il giorno seguente a fare colazione da loro qualora ne avessimo avuto bisogno.

S P E T T A C O L A R E !!!!!!!! La struttura è bella, accogliente, ben tenuta e funzionale, merito di Rosangela, Tindara e del loro staff!!!! Le mie vacanze sono cominciate con il disastro di Catania ma loro sono riuscite con gentilezza e disponibilità a farmi dimenticare tutti i disagi del viaggio (sia di andata che di ritorno). Camere confortevoli, fresche (nonostante il caldo infernale di questi giorni) spaziose, curate e con delizioso balconcino che affaccia sul mare. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Pulizia non solo delle camere ma dell'intera struttura (piscina e idromassaggio compresi). Collocazione perfetta per raggiungere il centro e gli imbarchi per le escursioni. Graditissimo il servizio transfert da e per l'imbarco agli aliscafi. Gentilezza e disponibilità di Tindara e Rosangela IMPAGABILI. A molto presto!!!!! Laura

Un 4 stelle che non si avvicina minimamente ad un vero hotel 4 stelle. Primo problema: la camera. Il cuscino più scomodo del mondo, la pulizia che lasciava a desiderare, la porta rotta con una fessura sull’esterno, buchi nel muro coperti da un un ulteriore letto e la doccia assolutamente da rimodernare. Secondo problema: la posizione che non è ideale se non avete un mezzo per spostarvi. E poi bisogna camminare un po’ per arrivare al centro. Terzo problema: la colazione. Non si può neanche proporre una colazione del genere in un 4 stelle: succo innacquato, merendine confezionate, frutta senza alcuna igiene lasciata sul bancone, per non parlare dei piatti sporchi e incrostati. Era un miraggio trovarne uno pulito. Rapporto qualità-prezzo pessimo. Lo sconsiglio, mai più!
