We just visited jet in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.

Set up was not complete, you still have to request other things such as slippers, dental kit. Even tissue, they did not provide an extra, we came and tissue was already used by the previous guest.

The receptionists were not informed of my bookings and they let me and my family members stay in the lobby for half an hour as they need to confirm my bookings.
The amenities like pool were under renovation and unsafe to use but no one even informed us. This hotel SUCKS!!!

Location was okay as it is at the hub of intercity transport. Robinsons mall and Mediateix hospital is a hop away. Hotel can improve with its upkeep as it has the potential. Room was smallish and the bathroom door is broken, the walls are dirty. They put too much scent on the room and linens. Definitely need a very good housekeeping manager.
Breakfast service can improve too. I would rate is as overpriced for I what it is charging.
