酒店房間比較大，乾淨衞生舒適，裝飾典雅，床品毛巾乾淨衞生，無異味。前台，餐廳服務熱情禮貌周到，中西早餐很豐富，涼菜，熱菜品種很多，熱檔有面有餛飩，到九點有客人就餐，早餐種類，服務品質依然保持！！！酒店餐廳晚餐很好，價格實惠！停車場很大，方便。衞生間下水道除味要加強！

非常滿意，酒店位置特別方便，旁邊就是銀行，對面是紅旗渠大道，夜景很漂亮，房間很乾凈，環境也好，設備齊全，所有服務人員都特別親切，服務貼心，熱情洋溢 體驗感非常好，有種賓至如歸的感覺 能做到這一點真的太感人了，早上早餐也很豐盛，退房的時候前台工作人員還熱情的介紹了當地的景區和路線，生怕我們走錯，真的是因為一個酒店愛上一座城，下次還會再來！

床單被罩看着像血漬，但不確定，給前台打電話，來換了三次床單，都是存在污漬，説是”銹”，我也搞不懂什麼東西。出來旅遊的心情都不好了。客房人員很耐心。

房間格局比較小 但地理位勢很大，周邊很方便純市區。
衞生：衞生基本可以，地毯什麼的 就真的比較臟。

我們走進酒店，感覺就是高爽，房間寬敞明亮，服務態度和善，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭舒適，符合我對床的要求。房間設施完善、寬帶流暢。早餐菜品非常豐盛，晚間有贈送水果，臨行還送了一份伴手禮，誠意滿滿。雖説沒人要求我去評價，可是我忍不住點贊！
