帶家人來林州玩，訂了錦江之星，酒店有免費停車場，停車之前給酒店打電話就給抬桿了，位置交通也很方便，對面就是人民公園，窗外就能看到人民公園，風景也很漂亮，周圍吃的也很多。酒店前台態度也很友好，辦理入住的時候，經理還給拿了水喝，房間很大很乾凈，推薦推薦。

房間，洗手間，乾淨整潔。早餐是自助餐，也乾淨且種類多樣，採光很好。臨近公園，方便家人散步，服務人員也超熱情。

裏裡外外的服務真的是非常好！剛開車進去跟保安説來住店的，立馬給安排好車位，很熱情，前台小姐姐看我帶着兩個孩子，給我們免費升級了房間，説實話這個價格真的是非常的超值，而且房間裏面非常乾淨衞生，大大的點贊！

很滿意的居住條件，一是房間馬桶配置了一次性坐墊，可以放心使用；二是口杯也是一次性的；三是每天有免費的瓶裝水，這樣我們可以與燒開的熱水摻和着喝了。另外房間衞生不錯，乾淨整潔。好評。

錦江之星酒店的服務與設施還是一直都認可的，這個店窗户稍微小了點自然通風就差了一些。衞生間的燈光也較暗，早餐的品種豐富多彩。

交通方便，停車位比較緊張，房間面積小，衞生間有一次性馬桶墊，毛巾浴巾都有塑封包裝，但浴室地漏有蟲子，夜裡有像燒鍋爐一樣的噪音，不到12點就催退房，不能到兩點退房，向服務員要瓶水都不給。
