房間可以，乾淨衞生，停車方便。暖氣一般，不過開了空調能好些。老媽怕冷，又要了一個被子，第二天一早店家要加10元錢，不過，最後經沒再要10元錢。

地方比較好找，聯繫店家回覆很快。房間挺乾淨的，還有洗衣機可以用。整體來講很滿意，價格也不貴。。也給我開了發票。值得推薦。

每次去林州的首選
首先停車方便，前後都有不少車位
其次房間乾淨寬敞，各種設施都很齊全用心，不是那種以次充好的民宿，使用廉價東西的那種
而且房間也安靜舒適，價格不高，性價比太高了

第一次到林州出差，搜了附近的酒店感覺還沒有這種公寓類型的舒適乾淨，有種回到家的温馨，老闆很熱情，門口停車都非常方便，想出去景區玩的開車也很方便，距離都不遠，物美價廉。

出差來林州好多次了，頭一次住這家酒店，很滿意，停車方便，衞生間有自動洗衣機，花灑有4個出水噴頭，很好用，甚至還有髮膠跟洗面奶，網速賊快，千兆路由配上65寸2K電視，手機還是電腦無線投屏都特別流暢，我一個平常住酒店根本不看電視的人都看了兩部電影😂總結就是很值了，來林州值得一住
