到張掖西站接機，到賓館去得很舒服。 房間非常舒適,而且能看到七彩丹霞的房間,風景也很好。 雖然不是旺季，客人不多，但職員非常親切地照顧我。 酒店周圍有湖泊、田野和動物,夏天來的話應該可以舒服地休息。 距離七彩丹霞入口約10分鐘車程,旺季移動車輛較多,應該不會感到不便。這是一家收到個人美好回憶的酒店。 感謝員工和老闆。

前台的小哥特別有禮貌，我到的比較晚還特地來電確認，酒店的標準很高，我覺得住的非常好，院子也挺好的，早餐正常。

前台服務確實是太差了，沒有服務意識。房間地毯很多頭髮和零食垃圾，都沒有清掃就安排我們住宿，提出建議換房，換到6樓，上6樓，裝修味道很重，地毯是一樣的很多毛髮，不夠清潔，酒店是沒有吸成器的嗎？再找房都等到10點還沒來，小孩太困先洗澡，晚點説找到一個房間，你説這樣折騰還會搬上去嗎！電視機也是網絡不好，非常不方便，都沒有什麼內容，難怪前住客直接拔了插座。 這個服務確實是我見過最沒有客户意識的，也不懂説話。一個周邊環境和硬件環境這麼好的酒店，就敗在服務上。酒店晚餐口味還不錯，服務可以。

一言難盡，廁所整晚在漏水，聲音巨大無比，基本上一整晚睡不着，不想做影響第二天旅遊心情的，慎重考慮。

酒店很新，設施齊全，都用上了小米的一套智能控制設備。唯一缺點就是衞生一般，打掃不夠乾淨。望繼續加強再接再厲吧
