It was a nightmare for the checking in process. No one had mentioned we had to check in online. We had to ask our taxi driver to call the customer service in order we could get in the hotel. However, the customer service representative was rude and gave us wrong codes to open the door, two out three codes were wrong. We had to stay out for several hours before we finally got in to the room in the cold middle night.

Decent apartment/hotel Nice apartment/hotel. Very close to a supermarket, and walking distance to the bus stop. If you don’t mind walking about 10-15 minutes, you can get to some of the main streets with lots of shopping and restaurants, and even to the main plaza (Hauptplatz). No on-site staff, but responsive to emails. Minor issues: There’s a washer in the room (with no instructions for its use), but no dryer. There’s also no microwave, which would have made things very nice. I had to go out and buy a non-slip bathmat as the shower floor was quite slippery.
