Sehr freundlich besetzte Rezeption, Checkin kein Problem, Mitarbeiter für Fragen immer offen, sehr, sehr sauberes Zimmer, sehr gut an Öffis angebunden, ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr freundlichen und umsichtigen Mitarbeiter, im Hotel ein hervorragender Italiener mit sehr schönen Ambiente und gutem Essen. Immer wieder gerne.

Super Italiener unten im Hotel , sehr gutes Essen, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr guter Service , Selfcheckin ist Quatsch da zwei Damen immer dabei stehen und helfen müssen, Zimmer fehlt ein bisschen die Einrichtung mit Bildern sonst sehr schön und neu, wer gerne ein Fenster zum öffnen benötigt sollte das bei der Buchung dazu sagen da es Zimmer gibt , bei denen man nichts öffnen kann, Internet funktioniert top

Kopfkissen und Bettdecke mit jeweils einen Fleck. Klimaanlage kühlt nicht (niedrigste Temperatur 19 Grad; erreicht wurden laut Display 24,5 Grad bei geshlossenen Fenster). Fenster lässt sich nur kippen. In der Nacht kaum Schlaf möglich wegen Hitze (obwohl außen kalt und Regen) und schlechter (stickiger) Luft. Am Morgen dann festgestellt, dass bei geöffneten Fenster und Zimmertüre ein Durchzug möglich ist. WC-Türe nicht abschließbar und nicht komplett verschlossen (man hört alles aus dem WC im Zimmer). Zimmer ansonsten sauber und mit modernen Design. Parkplatz neben Hotel mit Schranke. Jedes mal beim Herausfahren zu zahlen (jeweils Parkticket). 24 Stunden durchgehend abparken kosten 15 Euro. Parken nach 18 Uhr vor Hotel im Kurzparkbereich bis zum nächsten Tag um 6 Uhr bzw. weiter entfernt bis 8 Uhr kostenlos möglich.
