Nice place with professional services. Thank you to Ms. Mia Lu and Ms Kitty Gao who really help us with patiently. They booked online taxi and we can came to train station without late. Even that was rain, they also book another online taxi when our luggage was not enough.. they accompany us and give some snacks while we didn't get breakfast because it was 5 am. Thank very much.

This is the most satisfying experience on a business trip so far. When I arrived at the hotel, the customer service upgraded the room type and gave me a midnight snack coupon. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. It is a fairy hotel. I will choose to stay here next time when I come to Linyi

Could not use D.N.D function while not being in the room, too bad.
Swimming pool cold water, and smoking area in restroom nearby swimming pool.
Gym: lots of equipment, but too busy and too chaotic, people don’t put things back which makes it a chaos.
Breakfast: good for Chinese people, average for western people (only some bread and eggs).
Room temperature: only 25 degrees, cannot set manually. Too hot for western people.
Hotel staff don’t speak English, but with translation app easy to communicate. Service very good btw

GGuest UserA lovely hotel. The ambience in the reception area is calming and well decorated. The room was functional, but sufficient. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping responsive and patient (after a late night I slept in until 16:00 and they had to hang around waiting for me to leave the room so they could perform their duties). The only slight issues were that there was no coat hook and the shower took several minutes to warm up. Other than that the room was perfect. Reception were patient and helpful and the whole stay was very pleasant. I will happily book the hotel again the next time I am in the city.

JjunjinThe hotel stay was very pleasant. Check-in was fast and easy even though we were foreigners.
We booked 3 rooms and everyone found their rooms very clean and spacious. Bedding was comfy. Air-conditioning is fantastic. We were grateful as they were experiencing high heatwave when we were there.
For international travellers, the reception staff was able to speak English and was friendly enough to accommodate us. Room wall plugs weren't international but we had our own traveller adapters. I'm pretty sure the hotel would have supplied if needed.
If needed to go Mengyin again, I would definitely stay here again.
Provided breakfast was Asian style. Quite a decent variety.

1. The hotel bedding is good, I like the smell of hand sanitizer, and the shower head is very comfortable.
2. The internal environment of the hotel is good and fragrant.
3. Breakfast is not bad. There are many types.
The shortcomings are also obvious, mainly management confusion.
1. Just entered the hotel, there was a large bag of garbage in the lobby. We checked in at one o'clock in the afternoon and told the room that it was not cleaned. We put down our luggage to eat. We came back at 3 o'clock. We took the room card and found that the room was not cleaned at all. We went downstairs and changed the room again.
2. The pool is not open, and the children's swimsuits are brought, very disappointed.
Then downstairs is the construction site, and it starts to jingle at 6 am.

The front desk lady upgraded the room type when I checked in, and gave me two bottles of mineral water when I checked out. I like their first-class service. It is worthy of being the best hotel in Yishui. The breakfast is good. The nearby places to eat are far away, but the price of the hotel restaurant is also acceptable. There are enough parking spaces. It is worth mentioning that two hot spring tickets are given every day, which is very refreshing to soak in the hot spring. It is not far from the nearby attractions. It is a four-star hotel worth recommending.

AArthurI booked this for my parents and they loved it. The hotel is in a great location near the city center and several of Linyi's wonderful parks; it is new and modern. It is very well maintained and the staff were super helpful. Of the hotels that my family has stayed in while visiting Linyi, this is probably the one that they liked best. The staff really were great to work with! I actually made a booking mistake when I was selecting the number of nights my parents would stay, but the staff fixed things in mere seconds -- all while maintaining an incredibly friendly attitude. If you're a foreigner visiting Linyi and don't want to break the bank, this place offers great accommodation at a very reasonable price. My parents usually stay in Marriott hotels and they felt that this place offered a comparable experience at much lower cost. In summary, I highly recommend it.
