地理位置：位置很好，就在魯商中心附近，交通便利，附近吃喝俱全，一點兒也不吵。
衞生：很乾凈的感覺，房間乾淨整潔，備品齊全，沒有衞生死角。
服務：服務真的是大大的好，那天到的比較早，房間客人還沒退房，不僅給安排了休息的地方 還有歡迎果盤，一下子把舟車勞頓的疲憊一掃而空了。特別的好！

週六齣差需要居住這附近，原先打算住蘭歐，同事推薦找的星程，房間比蘭歐小很多。第一天入住，給的房間是電梯旁，總是因為電梯啟動發出咚咚聲，因為太累了不想換，行李都擺開了不想收拾，結果夜裡還是一直咚，第二天週日換房，上去後發現是尾房，我定的商務大，詢問過高級大的區別，第一天前台説高級大是尾房，下樓後另一個前台改變説辭，説是高級大衞生間小。實際上房間應該並沒有區別，區別的就是價格；房間裏剛打掃有很濃厚的香水味，沒在意直接擺開了行李，出門後等氣味散一下回房，一股煙味，本人不吸煙對煙味敏感，但是行李擺開了不想收拾，開窗透氣，洗手用毛巾擦手後，發現一條毛巾有非常濃的煙臭味，滂臭 ，真的很炸毛！是上個大哥擦嘴了還是用毛巾擦馬桶了，到最後還是不想換了，不想一個週末在換房中渡過，有個週末非常的不愉快，明天還在臨沂，但是換酒店了。

房間衞生還可以，和別的城市基本差不多，服務人員不是很多，晚上9點半左右就沒熱水，沒辦法洗澡，一家三口住，讓服務人員幫忙送拖鞋，打了幾次電話都沒送，我們退房都沒有收到拖鞋？……電視網絡也是壞的……
