已經來住了好幾次了，出差都來這裏，性價比很高啊，就是設施有點時間長了，但是老闆人不錯，門口每次都能停下車，附近吃飯方便，總體不錯哦

我在賓館老闆身上感受到了什麼是“好客山東”，他會隨時打招呼，問你有沒有什麼需要，比如飲用水、紙杯。退房的時候把房卡忘房間了，他説沒事沒事，後來又打電話告訴我房間有衣物，需不需給我快遞過來……房間很乾凈，床上用品更換及時，設施齊全，晚上很安靜，休息的很好。寵物友好，可以帶狗子入住。

性價比非常高！好停車！周邊吃飯買東西都很方便，很近的地方有一個小超市和兩個大超市，還有大市場，衞生收拾的差一點，但是瑕不掩瑜，入住很愉快！住了四天！

大半夜入住的。下了高鐵帶了很多行李。幸虧有電梯住了3天。空調非常給力。前台非常客氣。靠近政府前面就是派出所。後面就是税務局。附近就是實驗基地。可以。下次再來入駐
