設施：非常老舊，完全沒有首頁上説的2023年開業該有的裝修
衞生：還算過得去
環境：不咋的
服務：馬馬虎虎吧
沒有自己專屬的停車場，找車位花了半小時
床墊的鋼絲手都能摸的出來
感覺是收購了上一家的，沒有更換任何設施，衹是更換了一下名字
建議商家可以升級一下設施了

在攜程訂酒店已經一二十年了，第一次感覺到欺騙。一是攜程網推介這家酒店是以如家酒店字樣重點出現界面，多趕路二十十公里的實際酒店根本沒有“如家”字樣。還有預訂時有個跳出一個優惠活動最後顯示房價優惠至70多元，等到入住後任然是150多元。其實150多元真不貴，卻要弄這一扯，大概也感覺實際價值衹有70多元吧。衞生環境以圖為真説明吧。還有根本沒有停車場地，停車場地都在道路兩旁，無人看管。

特別臟亂差 掛羊頭賣狗肉 到店後根本沒有如家酒店的字樣 房間的浴巾和毛巾發黃發灰根本沒法用，衞生間牆上都是頭髮，辦入住的前台拉拉臉！出來玩對臨沂印象非常好，讓這個假酒店搞的非常失望！大家避雷，🚗踩坑

一分給房間面積確實很大。
衞生不堪入目，衞生間全是毛髮，吹風機隨意的掉在掛鈎上，第一反應是沒有打掃，喊來前台拍了照説明天給保潔説，把頭髮清理了，如此衞生嚇得我沒敢用漱口杯，問有沒有一次性紙杯，被告知沒有。
空調是掛式機，抵達酒店的時候晚上十一點多，空調關閉狀態，屋裡陰冷，一整晚上都沒暖和過來，孩子和長者睡覺沒敢脱衣服。問前台有客人住為啥不早點開空調，説是衹能房卡取電。但是房卡也不是一個房間衹能出一張吧？
床品有破損，檢查了是新換的，但是杯子和保護墊衞生……

位置好找，停車好停，最大的優點是離琅琊古城比較近，就房間設施來説，這個房價不便宜，但是春節期間離景點近，這個價格也能理解。房間不暖和，晚上睡覺會冷，不過服務員會給加被子，房間還算乾淨。

住了幾次了，附近看看還是這家最滿意，離得也近，價格優惠，視野也好，能直接看見江景，不遠就是鵝嶺公園，太棒了。前台小姐姐還免費給升房了，入住房間帶陽台，剛好太陽很好，太舒服了。

這個地方不錯，在景點附近，價格實惠。房間衞生乾淨。就是有點不好找。網上導航是琅琊古城附近 按照導航指引到了是一片漆黑的地方。又打電話聯繫酒店，才找到了酒店前台也不知道是怎麼回事兒。是否核對一下。避免別人再走錯。
