This is a great hotel where I stayed when I visited Linxiang city from October 11, 2024 to October 2024. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is convenient in the center of the city. There is a nice restaurant inside the hotel with delicious food. The breakfast provided in the hotel was great. There are many other restaurants close to the hotel too. There were many activities around including yearly fishing competition when I was there. Most importantly, the hotel provides free laundry which is something rarely provided by any other hotels in China and USA.

酒店前台單個服務員差勁 1、房卡制錯無法開門，打電話不上樓處理； 2、讓我下去一趟重新制卡，過程中一句話未説且態度差勁； 3、重新制卡後還是無法開門，業務差勁； 4、再次電話後十多分鐘不上來開門，讓我門口光等着，響應差勁：前前後後折騰近二十分鐘，事情整個過程毫無歉意。時間：三號凌晨一點左右，除了第一點情有可原我能接受，後面三點相當差勁。

這次入住歡漫酒店（岳陽臨湘店），整體感覺OK。酒店的服務很貼心，從前台接待到客房服務都很到位。房間的衞生狀況也值得稱讚，乾淨整潔，讓人住着很舒服。位置也挺方便的，無論是出行還是覓食都很便利。唯一的不足是淋浴間的下水道排水太慢，影響了沐浴體驗。

對我來説：攜程預訂很靠譜。酒店也還不錯，臨湘街上。邊上麥當勞肯德基都有。購物方便，吃東西方便。酒店內有洗腳的地方。回老家時經常住。

這家酒店整體體驗不錯，前台服務特別熱情，還額外送了早餐券，價格也挺親民的，174元左右。洗漱用的沐浴花灑很好用，房間裏配了拖鞋，床品也挺舒服，感覺特別乾淨整潔。房間大小合適，交通也方便，挺值得推薦。
