房東特別熱情，解決問題非常及時。住宿便捷，小區環境也特別好，7月的臨夏很涼快，適合避暑。周邊景點多，太子山環線旅遊自駕交通方便，劉家峽那條線堵車嚴重。

房源真實，空間可以，停車方便。頂樓29層，衞生一塌糊塗，床單很多頭髮，衞生間地漏處一團長髮，跟老闆反應，他説我是白*黨，哈哈，放心不要你錢。想走的長遠，最起碼床鋪衞生得做好！
