家庭出遊考慮性價比可以選這家，性價比之王！完全出乎意料，客廳裏很温馨，養了很多綠植，卧室也很乾凈，陽台視線也很好，老闆也樂於及時溝通。很棒！滿意！

房東特別熱情，解決問題非常及時。住宿便捷，小區環境也特別好，7月的臨夏很涼快，適合避暑。周邊景點多，太子山環線旅遊自駕交通方便，劉家峽那條線堵車嚴重。

✨[進入房間第一眼]腳臭味和酒臭味交織在一起，真是讓人感到無法形容的不適，想吐！
進入卧室 也是汗臭味跟羊騷味，主要是衞生方面，其他的還算是中規中矩

房源真實，空間可以，停車方便。頂樓29層，衞生一塌糊塗，床單很多頭髮，衞生間地漏處一團長髮，跟老闆反應，他説我是白*黨，哈哈，放心不要你錢。想走的長遠，最起碼床鋪衞生得做好！

位置距離我們要去的地點很進，地下車庫可以停車，一天7元，小區環境好，入住方便，價格也實惠，住三天，送了2瓶礦泉水
衞生一般，客廳的茶几很臟🈶油漬，自己擦了半天，強烈建議入住的住客要帶自己的拖鞋，送的拖鞋超薄，洗完澡沒有地墊，很滑，不安全。
