前台安排的在12樓最南邊樓梯口對面，空調沒遙控器，打不開，水龍頭打開半天沒熱水，最關鍵的是晚上睡覺能把人凍死，凍得我從車上取了個電暖和電褥子用，真的差！

網上下單區別對待！與所定房間不符，給的是特價房，不是標準間！手機充電的插座是壞的，設施陳舊！確實入住後無法退款，建議看房後在辦理入住！
