前台服務態度惡劣，溝通體驗極差 7月15日下午1時許，我至酒店前台諮詢“房費包含八折門票優惠”事宜（預訂時已明確標註），前台服務員竟以冰冷語氣迴應：“那個門票需要錢！”其態度生硬、表情冷漠，言語間充滿不耐煩。作為遊客，我深知門票需額外付費，但酒店既承諾房客享有折扣權益，主動説明流程本是其職責。服務員此舉不僅違背服務規範，更讓遊客感到被輕視與冒犯。本人入住的是千元級套房，絕非為貪圖門票優惠，而是對不合理態度的憤慨——甘南的待客之道，不應如此！ 遺失物品處理失職，責任心缺失 退房後，我意外將一部蘋果手機遺落於房間內。離店後未見酒店任何主動聯繫，直至我自行致電詢問，對方才輕描淡寫答覆“在房間裏放着”。作為高端酒店，對客人遺留貴重物品未主動排查、及時通知，暴露出管理流程的嚴重漏洞，缺乏基本的服務責任心。 酒店下水不好 洗澡漫水至洗手間地面大部分 我自己擦乾 千元酒店套房不至於此！
