From the moment we arrived, the experience was underwhelming. We were barely greeted by any staff and were simply handed a brochure along with directions to our accommodation—no further guidance or assistance was provided. At the bar in the water park, it took four employees to serve a single customer while the rest of us waited in line, with no initiative from staff to speed up the process or help efficiently. The same lack of service was evident in the restaurant. Despite plenty of staff walking past us, no one approached to explain how things worked. It wasn’t until we seated ourselves that someone finally acknowledged our presence. The buffet was another disappointment. Charging 30 euros per person is unacceptable when, by 18:15, many trays were already empty. When we asked staff if more food would be replenished, we were simply told to take what was left—no effort was made to restock. The accommodation itself was old and worn down. Dust and dirt were visible in many areas. The kitchen faucet had no water pressure, and despite staying for four days, we never once had warm water. The refrigerator light didn’t work, the living room walls showed clear signs of water damage, and the sofa was unbearably uncomfortable. Overall, the poor service and run-down facilities made for a very disappointing stay. We would not recommend this place.
