衞生間一直飄出臭味，店面很小找不到。售賣房型和圖片不一致，衞生狀況差，空調製熱效果弱，隔音不太行。總之便宜是唯一的優點……

大家選房的時候一定要看一下評價，一定要看一下評價，完全與宣傳頁面的圖不符合。衞生差，牆面都出梅了，屋裡有股味道，四樓水壓不夠，挺小。洗浴的地方連個門都沒有整棟樓屬於陰森森的，勸大家花個100多也別住這一種。

價格實惠，停車要停西面商鋪門前停車位，重要的就是價格，苦逼業務員，都是為了省錢，整體可以，空調好用。
