No one can speak English. When I arrived at 3 am , they gave me a room without window. After talking and bargain for long time, they gave me the room with window. They kept water and other beverage in the room.i was thinking it's free like any other hotels but They forced me to pay 43 RMB extra for the water I drank where it was in my room and red bull. I don't recommend someone to get there.

剛開業到現在幾年間每年回老家陸續住過幾次，剛開業那段時間還好，最近入住，設施老化，馬桶鬆動的，中央空調風口鬆動，聲音太大，水龍頭水漬太多，像沒打掃過一樣，感覺需要設施維護了，服務也一般

198元的房間盡然窗户都沒有，被子和枕頭跟賓館的質量差不多，很舊了，房間燈光比較暗，很難受，訂的投影房，那投影清晰度還不如80年代的廣場電影，在臨朐這樣的小縣城，這個房間算是很高了，沒想到房間配置這麼差，體驗非常差

環境、地理位置、設施等都很好，唯一有點不好的事情是屋裡的衞生不太乾淨，看到了兩個蛐蛐…另外，説了贈送水果的可是也沒有贈送，不過前台還是補償了，這點非常好，謝謝！

房間裏挺大的，設施很新。早餐品種豐富，服務態度很好。樓層高，晚上很安靜。酒店邊上有餐飲店，大賣場，還是挺熱鬧的。

🧹衞生：一個字差，多處有毛髮，關鍵太明顯了，（衞生間，卧室地板）
進房間眼前一片狼藉，那木地板都成那樣了，讓人很不舒服 牙刷衹放了一套，上個客人用過的牙刷袋保潔員都沒清理 ！衞生真是讓人覺得可怕給一星都覺得多
🔔服務：一個字差 ！看着三個人，沒一個管事的（大廳門口遍地垃圾 ）
這樣的衞生 這樣的服務 再加上這樣的管理也註定會有現在的結果 臟亂差…
