No one can speak English. When I arrived at 3 am , they gave me a room without window. After talking and bargain for long time, they gave me the room with window. They kept water and other beverage in the room.i was thinking it's free like any other hotels but They forced me to pay 43 RMB extra for the water I drank where it was in my room and red bull. I don't recommend someone to get there.

I have been back to my hometown several times every year since it first opened. It was fine when it first opened. However, when I moved in recently, the facilities are aging, the toilet is loose, the central air conditioning outlet is loose, the sound is too loud, and there are too many water stains on the faucet, as if it has not been cleaned. It's the same as before. I feel that the facilities need maintenance and the service is average.
