酒店位置很方便，是一個度假村，而且價格非常便宜，自助餐種類也非常齊全，晚上可以去泡温泉，光汗蒸房就三個不同的房間，而且酒店還主動贈了果盤和小擺件。真是去開了一次會，愛上了。房間也很乾凈，總之是非常好的體驗。

每年都會旅遊好多次，都是在攜程上訂酒店民宿等，從來沒有給過差評，但是這家店是必須要給。入住當天晚上，我們去泡温泉，在小童遊樂區水上滑梯，孩子從滑梯上滑下來撞到了頭，撞起了一個鵝蛋大的包，出來後找到前台，問到鐵柱子離的這麼近為何沒有防護措施，得到了回答是我們一直就沒有，請出主管後依然沒有得到任何答覆，衹給了一瓶雲南白葯。詳見圖片，圖片是第二天進去後拍的，鐵柱子都已生銹，依然沒有任何的防護措施以及人員提醒，可以想見，酒店是多麼的麻木不仁。
淋浴區十個花灑，有八個是有問題的，或漏水或根本無法使用，並且站立淋浴區氣味如同公廁，各位自行腦補。
酒店早餐時間是早上7點-9點，我們於8點40分下去用餐，大門口服務員二話不説，先補孩子的餐費，交了餐費進去後發現，大多數的餐品均已見底或者根本沒有，出去詢問，收費的服務員説有什麼吃點什麼吧，我們是7點開始，你來的太晚了。那麼請問，誰家的酒店規定客人必須要一早下來用餐？我們在規定的時間內用餐，並且補足了費用，不要求全部是滿餐的狀態，最起碼不能是大部分見底吧。
我們多次去過威海文登的天沐温泉。同為一個品牌方，威海天沐不論是從硬件設施。還是從員工的服務意識都要遠勝臨朐天沐！
總之這家酒店是幹啥啥不行，收錢第一名！大家一定慎重！！！

房間衞生狀況很差，電視櫃和陽台的桌子上都是灰，套房客廳和卧室之間的推拉門還壞掉了，一拉差點倒下來砸到人。前台態度很差，因為他們後台系統bug的原因，給錯我房卡，害我拉着行李抱着娃來回折騰，前台自始至終連句不好意思都沒有，還説她們系統就是這樣顯示的，感情酒店系統的bug需要客人來負責？反倒是上了年紀的清潔阿姨們態度不錯，遇到客人會主動打招呼。酒店裡的自助餐不好吃，牛排和火鍋的肉明顯是拼接合成的，建議出去吃。
