房間陰冷潮濕。陰面不好住，不舒服去前台開房間，前台説的可好呢説在三樓環境都很好，然後一説攜程訂的立馬換到五樓了，和三樓差別很大，房間陰冷潮濕，陰面，想讓換一下，説是沒房，前台態度很不好，也不知道什麼原因，是從攜程訂的和前台定的房間不一樣嗎？分別對待嗎？

環境：空調效果不錯，吹出來的風也沒有異味
