Dark room. A desk lamp is the least to expect in a superior room. No temperature adjustment available, so it was too cold for me. Extremely small bathroom. Not living up to the Elite brand in my opinion.

First room was too small, for two persons staying 6 night. After claim, the immediately changed room. This is ok. Reception personnel gentle and prompt.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast was great. The one negative is the bathrooms smell very bad. It seems that maybe it has something to do with the plumbing. Maybe it's not properly vented or something. But this was the case in my room and also my brother's room. I'm not sure if this is common in Sweden or specific to this hotel but I probably would not stay here again because of it. Everything else was wonderful, so it's a shame that they allow this condition to persist. Also there were no washcloths in the bathroom to use in the shower, you just have to lather up with your bare hands.

Fint bevarad byggnad med bästa läget i Linköping. Tillmötesgående personal. Frukosten är dock av det enklare slaget och att kalla två sorters kallskuret, ost som börjat torka i kanterna och bitar av något frimärksstort som flyter runt i olja i karotten det stod "bacon" på för buffé är väl kaxigt.
