玻璃衞生間內部是用窗簾做的私隱遮擋，洗澡簾子就會濕，已經發黴了。床單不是一客一換，入住發現有異物。室內的窗簾不知道多久沒洗了，紗簾已經很臟了。

房間裏熱水器的水焦黃焦黃的，無法洗澡，毛巾浴巾陳舊，空調不好用，門燈壞了不亮，床頭插座無法充電，差評，不建議入住此賓館

衞生方面真的是一言難盡。
床單已經不知道多久沒換過了。
關不上門的衞生間地上還有之前遺留的塑料袋。
總體來説就是溢價到五百多一晚的住宿連最基本的乾淨都做不到。

位置挺好，在市政府附近，樓下有夜市，街對面就是超市，很方便購買補給，步行10分鐘可以到鴨綠江邊，天氣好看見朝鮮那邊的情況。

臨江貴賓樓陽光99賓館地理位置優越，距離臨江市政府廣場很近，賓館前台服務態度也很好，上下樓有電梯，有免費停車場，房間乾淨整潔，衞浴設施齊全，周邊吃飯很方便。
