1.前台服務員自己整錯房間，給錯卡，讓我來回跑取房卡，還往我身上賴，説和我説了她錄錯了，首先你沒説，其次你説了説明你知道串了，訊息錯了，是不是卡應該給對的，我還和你説了三回先住家庭房，還給我標間卡，那和我説了的意思是你知道卡是錯的，故意的？
2.我説了沒帶身份證，只有圖片，然後和我説四遍帶身份證一刷就行了，不帶很麻煩的，我已經沒帶了，我能回外地的家給你取去嗎？
3.房間很冷，温度顯示18度，我給前台打電話説需要換一個房間，她説滿了，我説樓上的房間我去了，沒人，又和我説，你是不是中央空調不會摁……
服了！大寫的服！前台胖乎戴眼鏡的那個女的！

服務非常好，衞生也不錯，房間設施：1、下水管道聲音大；2、廊廳燈關不上（房間應該是213）；3、兩個枕頭一個太高、一個太硬（定了兩間房都是這樣一晚沒睡好），枕頭太減分了。新店還有上升空間。
