The reason for choosing her house is because it is close to the terminus of bus No. 201. The light in the toilet of the standard room on the first floor was broken. 房間不大，還算乾淨，主要是洗澡沒有冷水，全是熱水，燙的沒法洗，冷水龍頭壞了，也不修，老闆人還是蠻熱心的

十幾年前的裝修，櫃子裏都是黴味，衞生間非常臭，賓館衞生有待提高，帶孩子的不建議入住，但是老闆娘人很熱情，服務這方面我是打滿分的。周邊節假日停車非常困難，路邊都是亂收費的私人停車

臨時決定來台州和家人一起旅遊的，臨海這邊賓館非常緊俏，基本上都滿房了，最後定了這家離紫陽街很近的家庭旅館，價格非常便宜，從性價比上來説還是不錯的。工作人員打掃衞生認真，整體還是比較乾淨的，每個房間還有個小陽台，這個價格真的很實惠了

城內老房子，不能要求太高。離古長城朝陽門步行十分鐘，周邊小吃店很多，主要為爬長城小住。老闆娘很熱情的。

該賓館在古城內的台州醫院門口，府前街位置較好。公交201的首末站就在醫院內，出發到臨海花北站，來往臨海和台州交通方便。門口飲食一條街吃飯也方便。但衞生、服務都還有較大提升空間，空調機、排氣扇積滿厚灰塵，好像從來沒清理過，從事服務行業形象很重要，值班大娘講方言聽不懂。國慶假期價格提高性價比一般，窮遊推薦。

就一老舊普通家庭旅館，過年價格還貴，優點就在紫陽街邊上，四層窗户還能看見城牆梅花園，還算安靜。缺點東西壞的一塌糊塗，龍頭柄壞了，插座插不住充電器，房間老舊。
