It's my first time to visit Linhai. I booked a family room. The hotel is conveniently located, the environment is comfortable, there is free parking, rich breakfast, and it is very convenient to order takeout. There are also robots delivering meals to your door.

The hotel is in a good location, close to everything. It is considered a relatively large hotel in the area. It says no smoking, but in fact, no smoking is prohibited anywhere. People coming out of the Chinese restaurant are smoking and some are holding cigarettes in the elevator. It's choking. Maybe this city is like this... A deposit was collected when checking in. It has been a long time since I encountered a hotel that collects deposits and checks rooms. The deposit amount is also very casual. The front desk automatically rounds it up... speechless. I thought this hotel was just like that, but later I found that the service was quite attentive. Because the room smelled of smoke and I couldn't stay there, I still coordinated to change the room. When I was sitting in the lobby, someone would pour water for me. There were welcome fruits on the first day and snacks on the second day. It was also good that the breakfast variety would change. The dishes in the Chinese restaurant were also delicious. The hotel facilities are OK. It can be seen that it is newly renovated. There is no small refrigerator, but four bottles of free water are usually two bottles. The washbasin in the bathroom is relatively spacious with two mirrors, although there is only one faucet.

When I returned to the room at night, the instant noodle bucket I had eaten the day before was still on the table, the tabletop was not cleaned, there were used cotton swabs and paper towels on the floor, the toilet was not smart and seemed to be useless. The electric kettle did not have good contact and the power went out twice. I needed two more bath towels for the morning, but they actually asked me to exchange them for the used bath towels. This was the first time I encountered such a request and I was speechless.

Very good, the room is big and clean. The service is very good, the pretty lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic to receive you and help you answer all kinds of questions. It is also very convenient to take a taxi to various scenic spots. There is a special underground garage. I will stay here next time.
