This is the worst hotel experience so far. We booked a family room, but there was a musty smell in the room and we even found fingernails on the bed. The hotel staff just changed the sheets and quilt covers without saying sorry. There was also a 20 RMB extra charge for a disposable bathtub cover, luckily I checked the packaging in advance and didn't open it. The third floor is a KTV and the hotel shares an elevator. Although you need to swipe your card to go upstairs, it is not very reassuring for families with children and the elderly, and the experience is not good. The price of the hotel does not match the service, and the cost performance is too low.
