打掃衞生的浴巾忘記給換要求來換的時候還強詞奪理説什麼剛用過想換就説，怎麼可能沒給換，有必要跟你爭論這個？馬桶裏的一根煙頭沖不下水怪我煙頭扔上面沖不下，嗓門提那麼高，理由那麼多，連一根煙頭都沖不下你跟我説一坨粑粑能沖的下嗎？我又不是倒了一盆煙頭進去。換了都市之星服務態度又是極差，建議老闆該整頓整頓，這都是10年前多麼輝煌的酒店。給172cm小姐姐點個贊，人不錯。那樓層服務員趕緊換換掉，影響客人心情！
