真不知道這麼個破酒店是怎麼上四星的，裝修又破又舊，房頂上縫縫補補也不多塗兩層，搞得跟貧民窟似的！破舊就算了，衞生狀況還差，浴室下水道口塞滿了頭髮，噁心死了！還有這個破房型，是哪個大聰明想出來的正對着床貼一整面牆的鏡子的！搞得跟不正經的酒店似的！

從辦理入住就不越快！
提前幾天定好的2間房。中午到店入住告知房間滿了，衹有底樓房間，去一看！整個無語，通道/房間等都是光線黑暗的。長者家入住不方便 ，再三要求更換到樓上房間，卻説要一樣房型樓上房間要價錢！違背已定房的規則，憑空加價很生氣，説給他們差評才説樓上還有一間，剛帶我上去看好下樓 又説被定出了，沒房了，衹有底樓光線暗的房間！真的氣人！想着家裡長者家也累了，就湊合算了！誰知道，這些房間隔音超差，晚上22點隔壁入住 搞得聲音很響，一會説房間有味道不能住一直再和店家交涉，到23點了又一直在説話聊天，根本不能睡覺！
房間設施很陳舊，空調老舊不給力，衞生間洗澡很冷，天花板也是壞的，抽水馬桶蓋都是不匹配的，怎麼坐着使用？！電插頭都是在睡覺頭頂位的！
還有睡覺鋪床時，發現枕頭都是臟的，反饋更換後還是臟的！真的是無語！衹能穿外套將就睡一晚。早餐也一般 沒有所謂的這麼多好評裏的看着這麼豐富.
之前訂房是看了這家的評價才訂購的，入住了才發現 這些評價是找託的假好評吧！這麼差的店，價格也不便宜
實際差距非常大！

酒店中式裝修，客房乾淨整潔，設施齊全，環境優美，停車方便且免費，離靈湖、體育館、博物館都很近，去長城，紫陽街也不遠。自助早餐，前台小姐姐服務態度很好。總體感覺不錯，下次來臨海還住這家

前天服務很好，房間很大設施齊全，客房還有兩瓶免費的小可樂。門口停車場很大，停車免費，樓上還有很多娛樂設施，入住晚了沒有來得及體驗。

房間很大 設計典雅
浴袍浴巾拖鞋吹風機洗漱用具 都很齊全
離靈湖很近
可以走路去台州之光：18r和新榮記
早餐是粥和小菜 還有海鮮和蔬菜 現點現做的麪條和餛飩不錯 也有雞蛋麪包
就是洗手間裏的感應燈 洗澡洗一半會突然滅掉……熱水也不是太穩定……硬件設施相對一般……
