環境：紗窗全是灰，臨街很吵隔音差。
衞生：廁所放衞生紙的地方角落裡都是灰，一次性牙刷、梳子等用品外包裝潮濕，外袋還有點發黴。
服務：不得不吐槽一下了，酒店停車場有兩個入口實際是和另一家餐廳公用的（停車場隔開的），對於初次來這裏停車（誤入了餐廳停車場）的消費者來説，入口進去有一個牌牌上面寫着“本停車場僅供港都賓館和上島咖啡的顧客使用”，當下沒設想到別的情況就停了，結果從停車場出來要收30塊停車費，去跟前台詢問並協商處理，給出的答案是：賓館跟餐廳鬧僵了，有過節處理不了，是你自己亂停車，跟賓館無關。
想説的是：作為消費者我們初次來，不知道情況，後果自己買單。但是你們作為商家一點服務意識也沒有，甚至是態度惡劣。
