整體還行，就是來臨海遊玩，根據個人觀點評價
入住是需要付按金的
設施：表面還是很乾凈，衞生間的設施花灑並沒有清潔到位，還留有上次客人的頭髮等，那些設備沒有完全消毒到位，不銹鋼表面還留有水漬，缺少擦手毛巾，衞生間的廁紙是給的捲紙。
房間沒有異味，床是稍硬的還是可以的；吹風機達到一定燙的程度會停止運行，過一會就好了；比較注重乾淨（建議自帶一次性用品）
服務：前台服務可以的，有需求都會幫助的
旁邊的餐館很多，最後一天吃小碗菜蠻好吃的

端午節去的臨海，景區賓館都很火，這個賓館性價比還是比較高的，在人民路附近，從臨海站可以坐公交車前往，雖然時間有點長。酒店離臨海南站倒是不遠。到紫陽街不到兩公里，徒步過去半個小時左右。樓下也有不少飯店，吃東西方便。酒店總體感覺不錯，房間也比較乾淨衞生，我住在最靠邊的房間，窗户關嚴也不吵，值得推薦。

位置交通便利，附近有超市水果店和飯店，酒店是新裝修的，前台服務也不錯，離古城比較近，打車2公里左右，本人已多次入住
