新開業的酒店，設施很新，房間面積也不小。進電梯和房間均需刷卡，安全可靠。酒店停車場車位充足，邊上公共停車場更大，且不收費。工作人員都很熱情，有求必應。早餐品種二、三十種，可以滿足需要。

特別好特別好特別好，新開酒店，一切都很乾凈，花灑水很大，智能馬桶，加熱坐墊，自動沖水，早餐很贊，都是很新鮮的蔬菜水果，炒飯尤其好吃，連吃3天，最滿意的是服務，不管是前台小姐姐還是餐廳阿姨，都很熱情，還有火車站接送服務，能看看出來這家老闆是用心經營的。説一説不那麼重要的缺點，位置比較偏，但是旅遊白天都在外面其實無所謂，另外臨海比較小，去哪打車最多20元，滴滴幾秒就能打到，很方便！

五一假期選擇浙江台州臨海進行遊玩，這家酒店地理位置不錯，距離臨海站不遠，衹是周邊都是工廠，沒有商場。如果要去東面的桃渚景區遊玩可以考慮這家，服務員態度不錯。

優點：
設施非常新，所以什麼都很不錯。
安全係數也到位。必須刷房卡才能坐電梯。
挑了很久的家庭房，就這家真的是考慮到了親子的需求。一大一小的床，完全滿足親子出遊。
房間的空間應該是設計的時候利用到了極限。
為了不侷促，房間沒有衣櫃的。是簡易的全身鏡和衣架開放式的。
窗簾是可以自動開關的。
洗漱間乾濕分離。
洗浴的牆壁貌似用了一些材質包裹起來的（不是瓷磚），所以洗漱的時候不小心皮膚碰到也不冷。很少見這種貼心的設計。
有晾衣繩。
坐便器是有加熱功能的（就是自動沖洗真的…個人不太喜歡）。
房間有貼牆設計的沙發，有小圓桌，甚至還有換鞋凳。
缺陷：
周圍沒有什麼吃的，或許是它目前唯一的缺點。
P.S 工作人員和老闆都很nice。酒店有接送服務。那天預約接車的時候不確定是酒店專車還是叫的網約車，工作人員直接來了一句，會安排我們老闆開車來接的。也是可可愛愛了～

這間酒店離高鐵站比較近，2025年開業的，房間很好很新，可能是剛開業不久，還是會有一丟丟味道，但整體的體驗感覺蠻好的。前台小哥哥、小姐姐態度很好，熱情，長得又好看😆。
