This hotel left a lasting impression on me. It's centrally located, near several shopping malls. The room was spacious, bright, and clean, and the bedding was comfortable and soft. The staff was especially attentive and helpful, especially Yiven, who went out of his way to help us with any problems. The hotel also offers comprehensive facilities, including a gym and laundry facilities. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would stay here again.

The hotel is very new. It has always been my personal hobby to choose a newer hotel. The facilities are complete in all aspects. You can feel that the staff of the entire hotel are very dedicated to the service. Even the shower head is folded up and facing the wall. The front desk will take the initiative to upgrade the room if it is good and ask you if you like it. A 520 dessert was given. After breakfast, someone also asked about the satisfaction. The hotel is so smelly that I am speechless. I brought my kids and the elderly to Taizhou and decided to stay at the local Four Points by Sheraton. There was a slight smell of sewer in the bathroom when I first came in, but I didn't take it too seriously. However, around 10 o'clock in the evening, a strong stench of sewer spread throughout the room. I was so sleepy at the time that I didn't have time to report it. I was choked and woken up once in the middle of the night, but I was too sleepy, so I opened a window and continued to sleep. I woke up at 10 o'clock in the morning and couldn't stand it anymore. The whole room, including my child who kept coughing, was pickled with that kind of stench. I can really tolerate a normal stench, but in a hotel of this standard in the local area, I don't know why. What's even more annoying is that I called the front desk and they sent a so-called leader to handle it. The solution they gave was to give you a 20% discount. It was a very funny way of handling it. I stayed in a standard hotel of yours that costs 800 per night near the county town and had already booked 2 rooms. Do I need your 20% discount? I came to vacation, not to suffer and be insulted by your hotel. This way of handling it obviously has no service spirit. If I had known, I would have stayed at the Four Seasons next door. Yes, another thing, they share the elevator for the whole building, which is very, very slow. The experience is really terrible.
