臨時換的民宿，樓下就能停車，是公寓，自行密碼入住，2房間，2大床，還有一張沙發，可以做小床。阿姨打掃多要了一床床品。女兒大了，自己單獨睡小床，住的很寬裕。樓下有電頻車掃碼。不過出行打車也都很近，打車費也就10～15元。下次再來還會入住。

清明假期入住，房間沒衣架、沒洗澡拖鞋，穿一次性拖鞋衞生間地板真滑，住了2天，自己打掃，自己拿着拖把在房間使用，不然實在太滑了，不過距離海鮮街和景點倒是挺近。

真是遇到一家**的名宿，在廁所門口裝聲控燈，重點是每半分鐘就亮一次，不停的閃！！！！晚上根本沒辦法睡！樓上夜裡3點還在講話，隔音真的不好！

沒住過這麼差的！看到門頭家裡人第一反應怎麼住招待所，電梯裏就非常臟還煙味很濃，出電梯黑漆漆的走廊，平台聯繫老闆説還沒打掃好衞生，先讓我們把行李放在一個房間，三點問還沒理好床鋪，我們進去房間的時候被絮都是堆在枱面上，五點也沒有弄好，房間裏一股煙味，我們房間沒有一次性拖鞋普通的拖鞋我刷出一盆黑水，朋友房間有一次性但是真的是一次性！再説隔音的情況，根本沒有隔音效果，隔壁房間打電話的聲音我都覺得就在我們房間一樣！入住得需謹慎！！！

房間熱水器熱的衹夠一個人洗澡還不夠，水很小，浴缸根本放不滿，淋浴不夠洗一個人的頭，拖鞋A4紙做的，穿了就破了，床是硬板床，太難受了，都睡不着.進酒店的電梯很嚇人，好像那種四五十年代的招待所，都沒有前台啥的，到了才知道是網約房，聯繫老闆快兩點了衞生也沒搞好，4點多了床單被套都沒換好，也沒讓我們提供身份證啥的訊息，感覺不正規，總之體驗感很差，

很乾凈！而且房間超級大，空調製暖效果也很好。設施都是新的，乾淨衞生。老闆人很好，辦理入住也很快，離台州府不遠，周邊吃的也很多。

房間很整潔性價比超高的，這個價格能有這樣的環境應該是意想不到，而且老闆超級熱情，拿來了當地特色的橘子，熱情的介紹當地的風俗小吃。下次一定會再來的，我和我女朋友都很滿意
