極其失望且憤怒的一次入住經歷！此次入住台州臨海台州學院亞朵酒店（臨海大洋街道林橋社區3棟118號），該停車場安全隱患巨大且管理極其失職，以及後續酒店方極其冷漠、推卸責任的態度！！！
1. 停車場設計缺陷嚴重，路況惡劣！
我們於2025年8月16日15時許到達該酒店，一路跟隨酒店指示牌指引，進入停車場！沒想到停車場入口坡度設計極其不合理！用肉眼根本無法判斷地勢，有個坡但又突然下降，且路面破損開裂！ 最令人無法接受的是：在如此危險的路況下，酒店方竟然沒有設定任何形式的警示標識！沒有“小心底盤”、“路面不平”、“陡坡慢行”之類的提示語！導致我們的車輛底盤剮蹭，事發後我們在停車場又接二連三看見了其他車輛也是同樣的問題剮蹭了底盤。辦理入住時，我們第一時間向酒店前台反映了這個問題！酒店人員出門查看後，和我們説酒店有保險，讓我們去4S店檢查車輛，所有損失酒店保險承擔。但在我們出門的幾個小時後，突然接到酒店工作人員的消息説保險不予理賠，除非交警開具事故責任認定。我們在遊玩中途晚上八點多回到酒店後報警，但是交警表示這類單體事故，根本無法開具責任證明！酒店工作人員表示沒有責任認定保險無法賠付，意思就是得我們自己承擔所有損失。後續與酒店溝通多次，酒店工作人員均以交警沒有開具責任認定不予賠付為藉口，拒絕理賠。也是因為酒店工作人員最初告訴我們可以走酒店保險，導致我們第一時間並未向自身的保險公司報案，現在也無法走自己車輛的保險，需要自己自費維修車輛！
2.酒店態度冷漠，拒絕負責
酒店工作人員的態度極其冷漠，沒有絲毫歉意或解決問題的誠意。他們以停車場並非酒店專屬，是租賃的社區停車場”、“車輛底盤低是車主問題”、“剮蹭是意外”等種種理由推卸責任，明確拒絕承擔任何賠償責任。對於他們停車場存在的明顯安全隱患和管理漏洞避而不談，對因他們失職（未設定警示標識）造成的客户財產損失毫無擔當！據我們瞭解，僅8月16日就有三輛特斯拉model3在通過這個入口時剮蹭了底盤！但是酒店方並未就自身的管理漏洞給我們做任何賠償及道歉！
3.強烈建議：底盤較低車輛的車主，絕對！絕對！不要將車停入此酒店停車場！否則被剮蹭底盤的風險極高！對酒店服務品質和責任心有要求的客人，請謹慎選擇。他們連最基本的安全警示和客户財產保護都做不到，出事後的態度更是令人心寒。
這次經歷讓我對亞朵品牌的服務和管理水平產生了嚴重質疑。我不會再入住這家酒店！也強烈警示其他消費者留意此處的重大安全隱患和酒店不負責任的態度！
4、下面的配圖裡有前後腳同一時間和我們一起到達這家酒店停車場，也是被剮蹭地盤的特斯拉model3住客對這家垃圾酒店的評價。大家也可以在評價裏上下翻動看一看。這衹能説明這家酒店的停車場出現汽車底盤刮蹭時間不是個例了。我相信肯定還有其他住客的車子地盤被剮蹭過。也許其他住客不把這個當回事，覺得住一晚就走了，不那麼在意。但我覺得不能因為住一晚就走了，就不把這件事説出來，那樣的話衹會讓更多的住客的車子在進入這家停車場的時候出現刮蹭。而且需要注意的一點是，這個酒店的停車場衹有這一個進口。

入住台州臨海亞朵酒店不好的體驗，投訴內容1、停車場入口坡度陡峭不平，對底盤低的標準轎車會擦傷，我的特斯拉model3標準版就擦傷了底盤（和我同一天入住的前車也擦傷了底盤，非個例）；一開始是讓我加微信後自行去4S店定損後走酒店保險理賠，後又説是駕駛員自己的責任！2、一個訂單兩間房，14點過來辦理入住，先給了一間房，另一間讓備着，房卡等朋友交了身份證再給！但是根本就沒有備，朋友15點去交身份證，拿房卡，告知無乾淨房間，需再等30分鐘後才能交房！憑什麼呀？！
總結問題：1、停車場入口多車輛經過底盤擦傷是酒店停車場存在安全隱患，且未提前提醒！可以調取2015年8月16日14:50-15:00之間的監控連續兩部車底盤擦傷，2、依據《消費者權益保護法》，酒店應按訂單約定提供服務，未提前告知需等待且未備好房間，屬於履約不當！造成客人2025年8月16日15點35分還在酒店大廳等房

前台熊二很貼心衣服洗好烘好掛在洗凈區，晚上九點半到十一點二樓有饅頭粥小菜免費自助，前台後面有冰箱可以放西瓜，因為住的久，快遞放在了前台後面快遞架，平時熱外賣前台也有微波爐很方便，會機器人送上來。

前台熊二幫忙升級了房型，很貼心，洗衣房洗衣液柔順劑消毒水都有，掛燙機熨斗都齊全，健身房很朋克風格，早餐早上七點到十點半在二樓報房號用餐，一樓還有閲讀區，可以坐着喝喝前台的檸檬蜂蜜水看書。
