The late check-in was quite slow and the last thing needed, but we finally got checked in. The room wasn't the quietest and the window wouldn't close, so the first night's sleep wasn't the best. However, the next day, the receptionist very kindly moved us into a cleaner and quieter room which was more comfortable and what I had booked. The location is superb if you need to drive/get a taxi anywhere in the city with the added bonus of a Vanguard just across the road. If you don't speak Chinese, then you will probably struggle when communicating, but the staff are generally accommodating and there is a free car park beside the hotel.

The breakfast was very satisfying. We had 10 people and 5 rooms. Everyone said it was good. It was the best in Starway. The breakfast was very rich. The girl at the front desk was very attentive and enthusiastic. One of the room aunties was so nice. She greeted us like a family member every day. She provided food and drinks nearby.
