So comfortable hotel in the center of the city😍 everything is clean inside the room, big and comfortable beds. Kind stuff work there, they are friendly and every time ready to help☺️ I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient. Although it is said to be near Donghu Lake, it is actually quite far away. You need to take a taxi to go anywhere. The room was reasonably clean. Breakfast included, basically OK. The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it has a washer and dryer. The guys and girls at the front desk are also nice.

There are Linhai shared bicycles and electric vehicles at the door. It takes about ten minutes to ride to Ziyang Street. The parking lot is large enough, but there are often no parking spaces! 在小商品市場樓上，房間臨馬路，但是關上窗還行，沒有特別吵。距離東湖大概十分鐘步行距離，距離紫陽街二十分鐘步行距離，距離人民路海鮮一條街十分鐘步行距離。房間衞生狀況尚可，但是應該有些年頭了。服務人員也沒什麼問題。整體比較滿意。

房間隔音超差，被樓上空調外機聲音吵一晚。房間空間狹小，並且對親子家庭不友好。華住會的酒店，連小孩的拖鞋和牙刷都沒有，非常不方便。唯一的優點，離紫陽街比較近，但步行要二十分鐘到半小時左右。

按排在6 F比較安靜，房間內設施齊全，床品舒適，衞生清潔。工作人員服務熱情且細緻。
早餐豐富，吧枱造景很漂亮，有幾種免費飲料可以選擇。
帥氣的小哥哥和斯文的小姐姐服務都不錯，特別喜歡9.5號早上的這位園臉美媚，笑容甜美很走心，幫提行李下樓還送上車，然後回頭看她很可愛的甩着手臂上樓的樣子很治癒（這種甩胳膊的動作我衹有小時候在開心的時候才做的）我想，她一定很熱愛自己的工作，很熱愛生活吧……小姑娘下次見咯。

前台想讓給好評，猶豫了很久不給差評了但還是想客觀評論……
服務態度還是很好的，前面大廳茶水類的的齊全，但客觀的説作為華住會旗下的，還有極大的提升空間，
1、不是新店，是老店重裝改的，但細節做工很粗糙，牆壁衞生很多地方還是有明顯污漬；
2、空調開關是老舊發黃的，老店改的痕跡很明顯，這種細節體驗一下子就拉低了酒店檔次；
3、空調系統實際沒換，還是老的，所以空調不給力，好像二十幾度以上就直接不工作，得往低了調，然後再反應一陣子才會工作制冷；
4、空氣質量是最不滿的，有種老味道，而且空氣中很多很多浮灰，尤其在光影照射下更明顯的誇張，看枱燈痕跡就知道了，感覺在屋裡都得戴口罩才行；
5、浴室的放浴巾位置架子非常脆弱，而且已經是彎的很明顯接近壞的了，
整體下來的綜合感知就是老舊、有味、灰重、設備壞，第一次體驗你好酒店，以為華住會下應該都差不多，就本次來説對比之前其他華住會的還是有極大的差距。
體驗感的核心在細節，期待改善才能留住復購用户

訂的晚了，景點旁經濟酒店要便宜還要乾淨些也就這家了。
酒店位置非常方便到紫陽街也就走10分鐘左右。
洗澡水非常舒服😌
服務五星給到保潔人員，服務態度好，關鍵是晚上回到房間給開好了空調。
就這價格整體很滿意👍希望繼續保持。
