房間乾淨 衞生 雖然小 不大 但是該有都有 老闆娘很熱情 早上還準備了當地特色嵌糕 送了海苔餅 民宿周邊外賣也很方便 離景區騎行七八分鐘 超級方便

房間一次性浴巾，浴缸袋都有，就是缺一個一次性馬桶墊，洗澡水不行，非常小，早晨早餐簡單，大廳沒空調，老闆娘比較熱情。房間內環境不錯。

説句實話性價比不高，可能跟國慶假期有關。平時兩三百，國慶1千＋，有點狠。房間應該裝修不久，還算乾淨，浴缸🛁還不錯，女兒泡了個澡，很開心，房間小是真的小。窗外都是老舊平房，半夜很吵。早餐衹能説提供了，有飯糰和粥，還有煮了又煮的白煮蛋。離東湖和紫陽街都挺近，走走過去就可以。如果下次再去臨海，肯定不會選擇民宿，還不如酒店性價比更高些。

能感受到是用心在維護的一家民宿。地點在路邊，自駕的話停車有點不方便，但是老闆可以幫忙找車位挪車。房間很大，乾淨整潔，設施完善，服務很好，第二天離店前等朋友退房的時候，本以為錯過了早餐時間，老闆又給我端來豆漿，還吃了個雞蛋，真好啊真好啊

訂的洞穴風，挺乾淨的，挺温馨。
步行到紫陽街也就10-15分鐘。
美中不足：
1、兩個人住的話上廁所有點尷尬，衞生間沒有門。
2、另外沒有小桌子可以放放化粧品啥的，衹有放燒水壺的小圓桌。
3、酒店沒有停車場，車子需停在馬路邊，會收停車費。
很少住民宿，總體感覺都挺好。
還有一點，下樓的時候，阿姨在2樓推了好大一車換下來的臟床單，硬是擠了進來，作為有潔癖的我很不舒服，臟床單都蹭在我衣服跟包上，也沒空間挪開。個人覺得這種情況還是讓客人先坐電梯下樓比較好。
