The room is big and nice, and very quiet at night. It was quite comfortable to stay in, and the equipment was much better than expected.

The room I booked was 3080, but there were only 3070 available. I told the front desk and they said they were the same rooms, but this was a platinum room, which was a few dollars more expensive than the ordinary ones. The room I bought the night before for 3070 was an ordinary room, and the platinum room was even worse, with lots of small cockroaches, the comb used by the previous guest was still on the floor, and there was no place to hang the bath towels, they were just piled in the corner.

The wires are exposed, the refrigerator doesn't have milk tea, the toilet shelf is broken, there is basically no soundproofing. I can hear the snoring next to me when I sleep, so I have to move to the end of the bed to sleep. The most important thing is that I can't find the entrance door and elevator when I check in at night. The "gentle fat sister" at the front desk questioned whether it was my own problem that I couldn't find it. Everything looks good and high-end on the Internet, but the actual check-in experience is very poor. I almost never give bad reviews, but I can't stand it this time

1. The bathroom in the room did not have dry and wet separation, which caused me to slip and fall! 2. It’s hard to control the temperature of the bath water, it will burn you to death! 3. Slippers and napkins are of poor quality 4. There is a woman at the front desk who also has a very poor service attitude. 5. The overall environmental pattern is not good either!

To be honest, I decided to give a bad review the next day after I checked in. I don't know if that fat lady owed me money, but she looked like she wanted to kill me. I gave her feedback but she didn't solve the problem. The soundproofing was not good, and there were other problems that I really don't want to talk about. I stayed here for ten days and it was all thanks to that little brother.
