## 入住體驗堪憂：這家酒店的環境衞生令人失望
近日入住凌雲五季酒店的經歷令人深感失望。這家酒店的環境衞生狀況堪憂，暴露出嚴重的管理問題。
走進客房，首先映入眼簾的是斑駁的牆面。牆紙多處開裂，牆角有明顯的黴斑，部分牆面塗料已經剝落。衞生間的地磚縫隙發黑，浴缸邊緣的硅膠已經發黃變硬，這些細節無不顯示出酒店缺乏基本的維護保養。
衞生間的清潔狀況更是令人擔憂。馬桶內壁有明顯的水垢，洗手枱上有未清理乾淨的毛髮，浴巾雖然潔白卻散發著一股潮濕的氣味。地毯上隨處可見不明污漬，牀頭櫃的角落積滿灰塵，這些細節反映出清潔工作流於形式，缺乏應有的質量標準。
客房設施的老化問題同樣突出。空調噪音明顯，電視機遙控器按鍵失靈，床頭燈開關接觸不良。最令人無法接受的是床上用品，枕頭已經失去彈性，床單上有明顯的磨損痕跡，被套的拉鍊已經損壞。這些本該定期更換的用品仍在繼續使用，嚴重影響了入住體驗。
酒店作為服務行業，環境衞生是最基本的要求。這家酒店暴露出的問題，反映出管理層對品質要求的鬆懈。牆面破損可以修補，設施老化可以更新，但如果連最基本的清潔都做不好，又如何贏得客人的信任？希望酒店管理層能夠正視這些問題，切實改進服務質量，為客人提供真正舒適的入住環境。
